Charlie is the Head of Operations for BBC Sport, and has been responsible for the technical and operational delivery of its output for over 12 years. He has overseen several significant changes in operating model for the BBC Sport teams, including the migration of the division from London to Salford in 2011. He also sits on the divisions Sustainability Steering Group.
As father of two, and an outdoor enthusiast and naturalist, he is passionate about the responsibilities we all have as individuals to the environment and our fellow humans. He strongly believes that positive change can be achieved if we work together, and the wider sport industry has the enormous benefit of the inspiring UNFCCC and Albert Sport Consortium, on which Charlie represents BBC Sport.
