Jeremy Mathieu is a Sustainability Advisor and Trainer, working for the BBC and as an independent consultant in the Broadcast, Advertising and Sport sectors. Within the BBC, he works with senior teams to develop and implement sustainability strategies and action plans at Divisional Board level. He has also developed, tailored and delivered training courses to support production teams, editorial staff and senior leaders in better understanding climate change and how to respond operationally, editorially and strategically.
As an independent trainer, he has worked with the leadership teams at Sky Sports, BT Sport, IMG and a number of TV production companies, as well as with international Film and TV companies in 11 countries. In Sport, he works with the IOC to deliver climate change training to IOC staff and International Sport Federations. In advertising, his clients include Mindshare, Mediacom, AMV BBDO, Iris, APG and the Purpose Disruptors collaborative group.
After a 10 year career as a Sport TV Producer with ESPN in London, Jeremy completed an MSc in Sustainability and Responsibility from Ashridge Business School in 2013 and an Associate membership of the Institute of Environmental Management and Assessment.
