Dr. Cristiana Pace has been using her engineering and ESG expertise to drive sustainability across motorsport and sport for a number of years. Her career as an innovator and leader in motorsport spans 20 years, from being the first woman to work trackside for the FIA technical department in Formula 1, to making contributions to the FIA’s safety legacy and working with Williams Advanced Engineering to advance and utilise motorsport technology both in the industry and far beyond the racetrack. In 2018, she founded
Enovation Consulting, where she works with a range of key players across motorsport and sport to deliver robust and data-driven sustainability strategies and partnership activation solutions that empower clients to integrate sustainability into their business strategy – delivering on their short, medium and long-term ESG Goals.
Dr Pace holds a PhD in Sustainability and Strategic Management from Coventry University, where she is an Honorary Research Fellow. She is also a visiting professor at Bologna Business School and serves as a member of the FIA Environment and Sustainability Commission and the Management Board of BASIS, the British Association for Sustainable Sport.
