Originally from Prague, Matous joined Mastercard 11 years ago in Sales & Business development. He spent the past 8 years in London, covering European Regional roles in Loyalty, Credit and ESG.
As the ESG head for Europe, he is responsible for Mastercard’s efforts to bring sustainable and inclusive solutions across the network. He also drives Fintech Product Partnerships in Europe.
Prior to joining Mastercard he spent 8 years in Management consulting with KPMG and PwC.
Matouš holds Master degrees from University of Economics Prague and Copenhagen Business School – CEMS.
Father of two daughters. Passionate rower.
