Natalia Phipps is the Head of Advocacy at The Carbon Literacy Project, where she leads two teams in expanding the reach of certified climate education and action training, known as Carbon Literacy, across diverse sectors and organisations. Her work is at the forefront of driving transformative climate action on a global scale.
Since joining The Carbon Literacy Project in 2019, Natalia has pioneered the development of innovative Sector Toolkits, enabling entire sectors to effectively roll out Carbon Literacy training at scale, one of which being Sport. Developed alongside the Birmingham 2022 Commonwealth Games Organising Committee and UK Sport, Natalia led on the creation of The Carbon Literacy Sports Kit, aiming to embed climate action at all levels in sports organisations. The Sports Kit can be used by any sports club, venue or organisation to deliver Carbon Literacy training, empowering staff and players to take action on climate change.
