Over more than a decade at Husqvarna, Margaretha has built and led the company’s global PR and communications function, launching high-profile platforms such as Living City — the industry’s first annual sustainability and innovation summit — and the Husqvarna H-team, an ambassador program uniting the world’s leading arborists and loggers to shape the future of professional tree care. She also founded the Husqvarna International Biodiversity Advisory Board, bringing together senior academic experts to guide the company’s market and product development in support of global efforts to halt and reverse biodiversity loss.
Her work continues to sit at the intersection of technology, sustainability and industry transformation — most recently reflected in Husqvarna’s inaugural Turf & Tech Conference, held at The Belfry ahead of the 2026 Husqvarna British Masters, which brought together leaders from The R&A, DP World Tour, BIGGA and the international research community to explore how autonomous technology is reshaping modern golf course management. Initiatives like this reflect Margaretha’s broader focus: driving executive visibility, thought leadership positioning and high-profile industry dialogue around sustainability and innovation.
Deeply engaged in efforts to safeguard natural habitats and biodiversity, Margaretha brings a career-long commitment to sustainable land stewardship to her communications work — helping translate corporate strategy into meaningful action for the green spaces we all depend on.
