Terms and Conditions for Prize Draw

1. Eligibility

1.1 This prize draw is open to anyone who has responded by measuring their GHG emissions via the AQ Green TeC widget relating to their attendance at the Sport Positive Summit, 8-9 October 2024 at the Kia Oval
1.2 Employees of Sport Positive Summit / AQ Green TeC, their family members, and anyone else connected with the organization or judging of the prize draw are not eligible to enter.
1.3 By entering this prize draw, an entrant is indicating their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

2. Entry Method

2.1 The prize draw can be entered by submitting the required information into the Sport Positive Summit 2024 GHG gas emission measuring widget provided by AQ Green TeC.
2.2 Only one entry per person is permitted.
2.3 No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
2.4 This Prize Draw closes at 23.00 BST on 16 October 2024

3. Prize Details

3.1 The prize consists of 2 passes to Sport Positive Summit 2025* OR 4 tickets to a **DP World Tour Event in 2024

*Sport Positive Summit Tickets

This relates to the 2025 edition of the Sport Positive Summit – date and venue tbc. The tickets can be for in-person or online. Names of attendees must be confirmed at least 14 days before the event takes place.

**DP World Tour Tickets

This means tournaments on the DP World Tour that are solely owned and sanctioned by PGAET (and does not, for the avoidance of doubt include: (i) any Tournament that is promoted, owned and/or controlled by a third party; (ii) any Tournament that is co-sanctioned with another sanctioning body and/or (iii) any of the Majors).

3.2 The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prize is not transferable.

3.3 We reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.

4. Draw Date and Winner Selection

4.1 The prize draw will take place after Sport Positive Summit 2024 takes place and all entries to the AQ Green TeC widget have been received
4.2 The winner will be selected at random from all entries received and verified by AQ Green TeC and/or its agents.
4.3 The winner will be notified by email within 14 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.

5. General Conditions

5.1 Sport Positive Summit / AQ Green TeC decision in respect of all matters to do with the prize draw will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
5.2 By entering this prize draw, an entrant is indicating their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
5.3 The prize draw and these terms and conditions will be governed by UK law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of UK.
5.4 The winner agrees to the use of their name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
5.5 Entry into the prize draw will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
5.6 We reserve the right to cancel or amend the prize draw and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the prize draw will be notified to entrants as soon as possible.
