Ashley Keber is Senior Vice President, Member Relations at the WTA, bringing almost 30 years of experience across elite sport, athlete development and professional women’s tennis.
Since joining the WTA in 1997, Ashley has played a leading role in developing and delivering pioneering programmes designed to support female athletes throughout every stage of their careers. Working closely with players and tournaments across the global Tour, her remit spans player leadership and governance, education and career development, membership benefits and programmes designed to help athletes thrive both on and beyond the court. Her work also includes the development of the PIF WTA Maternity Fund, an industry leading programme which provides eligible players with paid maternity leave and grants towards fertility treatment, helping create greater choice and security for athletes balancing their careers with starting a family.
Prior to joining the WTA, Ash worked as a broadcast liaison at the Atlanta Olympic Games, supporting international broadcasters including the BBC and Eurosport. Her connection to tennis began earlier as a coach at Nike Summer Tennis Camps at the University of Florida, where she graduated with a degree in English Literature and a minor in Economics. Drawing on her own background and experience in sport, Ash is a passionate advocate for athlete-centered leadership and creating greater opportunities for women. Her work focuses on ensuring athletes have a meaningful voice in their sport and building fairer, more sustainable environments in which female athletes can fulfil their potential.
