Anna-Karin Quetel is Director of PLATE, a research centre for resilient meals, based at Stockholm Resilience Centre. PLATE leads research and innovation to support the transition towards a robust, sustainable and economically viable meal sector. PLATE is responsible for the research connected to Food for White Winters, an innovation initiative linked to the FIS Alpine Ski World Cup in Åre that explores how local and sustainable meals can contribute to more resilient winter destinations.
