Evelyn Holderbach is a Senior Sports Business Executive with over 20 years of experience across sports, media and lifestyle sectors. She joined UEFA in June 2025 and currently serves as Senior Sustainability Commercial Expert. Prior to this, she spent over five years at RB Leipzig — primarily as Director Sales & Business Development, later leading Sustainability & International Development — where she built the club’s first ESG strategy. She holds a Master’s degree from the University of Heidelberg and a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Montpellier, and has completed executive education at Cambridge, Oxford, INSEAD and Stanford.
