Since 2007, he has been a visiting professor at the Hasan II University of Casablanca-Morocco in the Master of Banking and Financial Markets together with the University of Cantabria-Spain. In the last years he is a speaker in many organizations and events about Olympic Marketing and Sustainability in Sport.
Graduated in Law (Complutense University of Madrid-Spain), he is an International MBA (IE- Madrid-Spain), PDG (IESE-Madrid-Spain), certified in Dialogic Coaching (Francisco de Vitoria University-Madrid-Spain) and Master in Management of Sports Organisations (University of Lleida-Spain with International Olympic Committee).
He has developed his professional career in the financial sector for 20 years with positions of responsibility in the international banking area at Banco Santander in Spain, Japan, France and Italy. He also has a deep knowledge of the innovation sector, deploying a consultancy activity during 5 years in Smart City Concept and new Models for Sustainable Development with focus on Latin America.
He joined the Olympic Movement in 2011 as CFO of the Madrid 2020 Bid Office for the Olympic Games, has been Treasurer and member of the Executive Committee of the Spanish Olympic Committee from 2014 to 2017 and since June 2017 is Director of Marketing, Human Resources and Director of Sustainability of the Spanish Olympic Committee. He is ambassador of the Climate Pact of the European Union.
