Teresa Santos is the Sustainability Manager at FC Porto, where she has worked since 2007. She began her career at the club by implementing quality and environmental management systems, and since 2019, she has taken on the responsibility of leading the club’s sustainability efforts. With experience in match operations, she was responsible for the operational management of 2019 UEFA Nations League and the 2021 Champions League Final at Estádio do Dragão. Additionally, she manages and coordinates FC Porto’s participation in co-funded projects such as Life Tackle, ACCESS, FRE KICKS, and GEMINI. She represents FC Porto in the sustainability working groups of ECA and Liga Portugal and has participated in several UEFA working groups. She holds a degree in Chemical Engineering, a postgraduate qualification in Quality, Environment, and Safety Management Systems, and has recently completed training as a Chief Sustainability Officer.
