Please use the pink pedestrian walkway whilst inside the car park. The entrance and exit routes are clearly signed. The exit leads onto South Way, from where you should continue west toward the stadium, walk past the stadium east service gate, and continue along Atlantic Crescent to reach the stadium receptions. Please enter the stadium via the Main Club Wembley Reception located on the ground floor level. The walking time from Pink Parking to the stadium reception is approximately 6 minutes. www.wembleyofficialparking.com

Rail Strike Planned For Wednesday 5th October – PLEASE READ
A rail strike has been tabled for Wednesday, 5th October that will affect a number of services in the UK, find out more here.
The Summit will go ahead as planned. Our first day – Tuesday 4th October – will be unaffected. However if you planned to use national trains to arrive or depart from the Summit on Wednesday 5th, please be aware.
To reduce the impact experienced, please consider:
- If you are travelling within the London area:
- Using London Underground or buses – Wembley is well connected via Wembley Central and Wembley Park stations
- There is car parking (include electric vehicle charging spaces) and bicycle parking at Wembley – see above for info
- For those travelling to airports:
- The London Underground connects Wembley Central with Heathrow Airport via the Jubilee/Metropolitan lines and the Piccadilly line
- National Express coaches will be running, please make sure you book at seat on your preferred coach, as these will be busy
- Coaches go from Victoria Coach Station to Gatwick airport every hour, and to Stansted airport every 30 minutes and you can travel on London Underground from Wembley to Victoria
- Coaches go from Paddington Rail Station to Luton airport every hour and you can travel on London Underground from Wembley to Paddington
- You may wish to consider pre-booking a cab via Addison Lee, Uber, Wheely or a local cab company to connect you to other modes of transport
- For those travelling within the country, National Express coaches are available connecting London’s main stations with central UK wide hubs (see link above)
- For those who have flexibility to avoid travelling on 5th, there are plenty of budget hotels and Airbnb rooms available in the Wembley Stadium area. We will arrange an informal food and drinks meeting place on evening Wednesday 5th near Wembley so you can make the most of the additional night – more info to follow
- For those who decide they are unable to travel on this day due to the impact, all plenary content will be live-streamed and you can gain access via the event app virtual platform Brella
