Raphaella Gordon-Saker is Senior Sustainability & Social Impact Manager at Formula E, where she leads the championship’s global social impact strategy.
She has driven initiatives including the launch of the Better Futures Fund and the relaunch of the Driving Force STEM and sustainability education programme, aligning social purpose with strategic partnerships and major sponsorships.
Named in the edie 30 Under 30 class of 2024 and a finalist for the edie Rising Sustainability Star Award 2025, Raphaella specialises in social impact strategy, programme design, global stakeholder engagement, and purpose-led partnerships.
Passionate about placing people and communities at the heart of sustainability solutions, she also advises the ICRS Apprentice Hub, supporting early-career professionals to develop and grow their own networks to support the development of the sustainability and corporate responsibility industry.
