Sally Horax
Sally is Chief of Women’s Rugby at World Rugby, where she leads the global acceleration of the women and girls’ game. She brings over 15 years of international experience in the professional and commercial development of women’s sport, including roles in football with The FA and UEFA, as well as with England Netball and the LTA.
Passionate about growing women’s sport, raising its profile, and increasing investment, Sally has a proven track record in creating and developing professional leagues, major events, and commercial partnerships. She has a deep understanding of how to grow participation, fan bases, and revenue.
A former solicitor, she also serves as a UEFA mentor and Non-Executive Chair, bringing both expertise and cultural sensitivity to her mission of advancing sport for women and girls worldwide.
Samuel Lloyd
Samuel leads the Carbon Trust work in the Infrastructure and Sport sectors. In his role, Sam looks to support clients on their journey to Net Zero, creating bespoke projects to turn climate ambition into action. He has experience in delivering corporate sustainability projects such as organisational and product footprinting, target-setting, decarbonisation roadmapping, supply-chain engagement, assurance services and large programme delivery.

Dale Vince OBE
Green industrialist Dale Vince OBE has gone from ‘enemy of the state’ to ‘green energy tycoon’ but he doesn’t much care what you call him. He has dedicated his life to challenging conventional wisdom in pursuit of a better way of life, using business as a tool for environmentalism.
Dale kickstarted the now global green energy movement using the goals and values he developed on the road to help bring environmentalism into the mainstream.
He started the world’s first green energy company, Ecotricity, in 1996, leads Forest Green Rovers FC, dubbed the world’s greenest football team by FIFA; creates diamonds out of atmospheric carbon – Skydiamonds; builds windmills for export around the world – Britwind; has launched a range of plant-based school dinners and last year launched the world’s first electric airline Ecojet.
In 2004, he was awarded an OBE for services to the environment and was appointed the UN Ambassador for Climate Change in 2019.
He also made the world’s first electric supercar and built the Electric Car Super Charging Highway, the World’s first national network of EV charging stations.
His first book, Manifesto, a Sunday Times Best Seller, is a manifesto of hope, backed up by solutions, from someone with real life experience of disrupting the energy industry and paving the way for a greener planet.
Nicknamed Labour’s Green Knight by The Sunday Times, Dale is a self-professed eco-naut, does not take ‘no’ for an answer and is leading the charge for a greener Britain.

She has great experience in a wide range of projects for the sustainability of process and organizations (private, public and no-profit); specifically in the management of large-scale events: candidature stage of Milano Cortina 2026 candidature (2018-19) and of the City of Rome for the Olympic Games 2024 (2016-17); Universal Exposition Expo Milano 2015 (2009-16) and Turin Winter Olympic Games 2006 (2002-06).
She was managing, as CEO and President, the Agenzia Mobilità Ambiente e Territorio, an “in house company” of the Municipality of Milan, from 2017 until 2021.
She was the Sustainability Manager within Expo 2015 SpA, the company in charge of organizing, running and dismantling the Universal Exposition, the so-called Expo Milano 2015, since 2009.
From 1995 to 2009 she worked for ERM Italy – Environmental Resource Management Group (a leading global provider of environmental, health, safety, risk, and social consulting services) developing consultancy experience in a wide range of projects for several Italian and international private and public organizations. She became ERM’s Associate Partner in 2003.
From 1988 to 1994 she worked for Lombardia Risorse S.p.A. (consultancy company owned by Regione Lombardia) in Milan carrying out territorial planning activities, environmental analysis of industrial plants, planning for differentiated waste collection and projects for the implementation of clean technologies.
Aileen McManamon
Aileen McManamon, is the Founder and Managing Partner of 5 Tool Sports Group, a certified B Corp. She also currently serves as the Board Chair of the Green Sports Alliance, a member-driven coalition of over 300 major leagues, teams, event organizers and their solutions partners, leveraging the cultural and market influence of sports to promote healthier communities where we live, work and play.
As the Chair of the Alliance, she has overseen its strategy evolution and the development of cross-sector and international alliances to accelerate industry and societal climate adaptation.
As a global thought leader in future-proofing the sports industry, Aileen works with major leagues, teams, and brands to align their revenue and partnerships with the environmental and social realities of today. 5 Tool also works with global brands to drive values-aligned, data-driven partnerships. Aileen brings over 3 decades of expertise in global brand strategy and market intelligence and began her career in Europe, with FIAT and Alfa Romeo, leading their Tour de France and motorsports partnerships. After a 10-year stint in the technology sector, she returned to sport, as a General Manager in Minor League Baseball with the Oakland A’s. In 2008 she founded 5 Tool, working with the Olympic Games, FIFA Women’s World Cup, MLB, NHL, FIA, Indycar and the NFL.
She has been recognized by the UN Global Compact for her work in championing economic diversity and inclusion in sport, and named a Sports Business Journal Gamechanger for her pioneering work in socially and environmentally responsible sports management in the U.S. and abroad.
Donna Fraser OBE
Donna has become a leader in equality diversity and inclusion with over 10 years of corporate experience within business, sport, leadership, well-being and PMA for both start-ups and established companies. In 2021 she was awarded an OBE (Order of the British Empire) for services to equality, diversity and inclusion in the workplace and has served as a Trustee, advisor and Board member for multiple organisations, such as the London Marathon Charitable Trust, Women’s Sports Trust, British Athletes Commission, International Women’s Group and Her Spirit to name a few.
Donna Fraser is a 4x Olympian and former 400m sprinter for Great Britain, with a successful athletics career which spanned over 20 years and has a host of European, Commonwealth and World medals. Donna, unfortunately, retired in 2009 due to being diagnosed with Breast Cancer. She was recognised with the Freedom of the Borough of Croydon in 2018 for services to sport and continues to be enthused to help inspire a generation through education by ‘giving back’ and sharing her knowledge and experience with young people aspiring to achieve their goals.
From the athletics track to the Boardroom, Donna has created a career synonymous with all the characteristics that you’d attribute to one of Britain’s greats. To characterise by her sporting achievements alone is to do a great disservice to the inspiring woman that she is today as an international speaker, strategist, and charity ambassador. She dedicates much of her time to working in Business, Sport, and the charity sector to inspire and embed inclusive and diverse cultures. Donna was appointed Officer of the Order of the British Empire (OBE) in the 2021 New Years Honours for services to equality, inclusion and diversity in the workplace
Andrew Wolstenholme OBE FREng
Andrew Wolstenholme OBE FREng is a renowned civil engineer and infrastructure leader with over three decades of experience delivering complex, high-profile projects. He served as CEO of Crossrail, Europe’s largest infrastructure programme, and previously led the £4.3bn Heathrow Terminal 5 development. A former British Army officer, Andrew has held senior roles at BAA, Balfour Beatty, BAE Systems, and as Group Technical Director at Laing O’Rourke. He chaired the UK Construction Leadership Council and authored the influential industry report Never Waste a Good Crisis. Andrew is a Fellow of the Royal Academy of Engineering and was awarded an OBE for services to construction.
Doris Keller
Doris Keller, a native of Bern now residing in Zurich, has over twenty years of experience in international football. Her career includes roles at major governing bodies such as UEFA, FIFA, and CONMEBOL, with a focus on match operations, tournament organization, and large-scale events. Most recently, she worked on international football projects in China and India.
Since summer 2023, Doris Keller has served as Tournament Director of the UEFA Women’s EURO 2025, Europe’s largest women-specific sporting event.
