Izzy brings together experience in climate and nature, food and drinks systems and agriculture, helping organisations accelerate their transition to a more sustainable future. She is currently the Sustainability Manager at Asahi UK, developing their sustainability roadmap and accelerating implementation across the brewing supply chain.

Prior to that, she worked at the World Economic Forum driving their work on Nature Positive Transitions, identifying priority actions for businesses to address nature impacts and build resilience across value chains, and spent 6 months independently researching regenerative farming in the UK. She started her career at Boston Consulting Group, advising clients on climate and sustainability.

Erica Edwards- Oneal is a bridge-builder, a change maker, and a fierce champion for equity. For more than 25 years, she’s been helping organizations reimagine what’s possible—transforming workplaces into spaces where people feel valued, included, and empowered to do their best work. She currently serves as the Chief Diversity Officer for the not for profit New York Road Runners where she oversees Diversity, People & Culture Operations, Corporate Social Responsibility and Sustainability Functions.

As an attorney and the founder of EEO Consults, Erica leads with her signature approach, Baked In Equity™️—the belief that equity shouldn’t be an afterthought, but woven into the very DNA of an organization. Her expertise in leadership development, change management, and team building has helped countless companies thrive, especially for those who’ve historically been overlooked or under-resourced.

She has been recognized by Crain’s New York Business as a Notable Woman in Sports. Her work has also earned her Empact Inc’s Change Maker Award, the National Black Pre-Law Impact Award, the Women of Distinction Award presented by Assemblywoman Kimberly Jean-Pierre, and numerous other honors recognizing her leadership, advocacy, and service.
Her story begins in a small town, where her parents juggled full-time jobs while running a farm. Those early years instilled in her a love for hard work, humility, and nature. Today, she’s the proud mother of four daughters, wife to Thurston, her best friend of nearly three decades

Martin Perry is a Para table tennis player competing in class 6 representing Great Britain. He is a double European Team Champion and a World Championships bronze medallist. Perry made his Paralympic debut at the Paris 2024 Games. Martin is also an advocate for reducing plastic waste and has been actively involved in campaigns promoting the use of reusable materials within the sports community.

David is a professional footballer for Wycombe Wanderers FC in EFL League 1, the first Sustainability Champion for the players union the PFA, and an ambassador for sustainability in football charity Football For Future and Planet League.

David has used his position to promote better sustainability practices within the organisations he represents, whilst publicly calling out FIFA and UEFA for not showing the climate leadership that football needs. He was part of setting up a sustainability strategy and an EV scheme at Wycombe Wanderers, and hosting a workshop on sustainability and climate change for footballers with Football For Future.

Will is the Head of Sustainability at the Premier League, where he leads the delivery of the Premier League’s environmental strategy. Previously, Will was previously Head of Sustainability at Beggars Group (the world’s largest independent record company), and fashion conglomerate Arcadia Group. Will has also worked as a consultant developing sustainability programmes for international brands and S&P 500 companies, including Gucci, M&S, Kering Group, The FA, and Welltower Inc. Will is a Trustee of Murmur, and charity working at the intersection of cultural industries and climate issues.

Ellen Jones, Head of Environment, Social & Governance (ESG) at Formula 1, joined in January 2022 to help steer the business’ sustainability strategy on the way to becoming Net Zero Carbon from factory to flag by 2030. As a sustainability leader, Ellen works across Formula 1’s ESG agenda to develop strategies and collaboratively deliver change programmes, already making huge progress across the business and wider sport within the first year in position and becoming a vital spokesperson for the sport in the space.

Upon joining F1, Ellen boasted a wealth of experience across a variety of subject areas including: carbon & energy, waste & recycling, packaging, sustainable sourcing and reporting. Her role now entails empowering the business to deliver on its sustainability objectives and manage the governance & reporting requirements. This also requires close communication with key counterparts at the teams, partners and promoters, as the sport as a whole continues to move forward in a positive way to become a sustainable entity. Under Ellen’s stewardship, Formula 1 has again achieved and retained the FIA 3* Environmental Accreditation, the highest level of recognition in this area.

Ellen’s drive and passion for a sustainable future has been long-standing having studied Architecture at Yale University and writing a thesis on how sustainable building practices can be communicated to the public through different media, before doing a Masters in Sustainable Environmental Design.

As the Sustainability Lead for NBA Europe & Middle East (EME), Shari Ramday is driving the NBA’s sustainability efforts in the EME region in support of the league’s commitment to the United Nations Sport for Climate Action framework. Drawing from over a decade of NBA event management experience spanning grassroots events to a host of Global Games in multiple markets, Shari is now leading all efforts to identify and implement the changes necessary to reduce carbon emissions and enhance positive environmental and social impact throughout the region.

Prior to the NBA, Shari worked at the Premier League Charitable Fund, established to distribute Premier League and partner funding to community projects focused on creating positive sporting, health, personal and education opportunities for all. She holds a bachelor’s degree in sports science from the University of Edinburgh and a master’s degree in business management from the University of London. Shari is passionate about the power of sport to drive positive environmental and social change and is determined to contribute towards leaving a positive legacy for future generations.

Selina is an award-winning leader focused on sustainability, environmental management and climate change, with expertise in high-profile events. Her epiphany moment came while working on the London 2012 Opening and Closing Ceremonies, which served as memorable bookends for the iconic London Games. As well as the Games, Selina has been part of other high-profile projects, including the England 2018 World Cup Bid, COP, the Rio Olympics 2016 and March4Women, as well as leading the sustainability strategy for the Birmingham Commonwealth Games Opening and Closing Ceremonies.

The Bulb is part of the Trivandi company group and provides expertise across the globe on sustainability and legacy for sporting industry, venues and major events. Under Selina’s leadership, The Bulb has created and implemented award-winning sustainability strategies on a global scale, working across the US, Canada, Europe, the Middle East and Japan. Achievements include, consultancy to the world’s biggest climate change event, COP28, an ISO-certified strategy spanning four continents, and leading the sustainability strategy for award winning brand activations for Sky, Google, Verizon and Microsoft.

Selina has been included in the ENDS Power List UK Top 100 Influential Environmentalists 2025, and sits on the board of industry leading organisations, isla and NOWIE. She regularly speaks at events on a number of topics including circular economy and sustainability trends.
