Magdalena Nour is a political scientist focusing on human rights and intercultural communication and has a background in international business, working on a c-suite level with sales and business development at Adecco for several years in Europe and globally. With the launch of Agenda 2030 and the global sustainable development goals, Magdalena framed her work to sustainability and in 2016 took the role as the CEO of an NGO working on diversity, equity and inclusion, DEI. Since 2021 Magdalena works as a strategic advisor with the overall initiatives needed in organizations to combine continuous value generating activities and sustainable development in all three dimensions, social, climate and governance, that is ESG. Since 2022 Magdalena works with Malmö FF, but also industrial and consultancy businesses as well as public sector organizations. 

Adam Freeman-Pask is CEO of Fulham Reach Boat Club, a sport for good charity that is internationally recognised hub for community inclusion and environmental innovation. Under his leadership the charity has been pioneering and leading the way with award-winning sustainability initiatives on the River Thames, showcasing how sport can drive both social impact and environmental change.

Previously Adam has worked on large public sector initiatives at Sport England and PA Consulting, as well as being an international medallist and Olympian with GB Rowing, he brings first-hand experience of high-performance sport alongside a deep commitment to making participation accessible and sustainable for all.

I’m an expert and leader in Equality, Diversity, Inclusion & Sustainability currently working at the Football Association of Wales (FAW) as a Senior Equality, Diversity, Inclusion & Sustainability Manager.

I have been integral in advancing the FAW’s EDI and Sustainability Programmes towards being a global leader in sport and have extensive experience as an educator, public speaker and advisor to a wide range of stakeholders for more than a decade.

I am passionate about sharing my knowledge and experience with others and am committed to making football and a better place for everyone.

Michele Uva is UEFA Executive Director of Social and Environmental Sustainability and UEFA responsible for EURO 2032 in Italy.

He has dedicated an entire career to professional sport in several contexts, disciplines and environments. He has performed the role of CEO in sports organizations such as the Italian Football Association (FIGC), the Italian Olympic Committee (CONI), professional football clubs (Parma and Lazio), basketball club (Lottomatica Roma) and volleyball clubs (Bologna, Treviso and Matera), as well as president of Women’s Volleyball Leaugue and Deputy Commissioner in Italian Serie A football league.

Between 2017 and 2020 he was UEFA Vice-president. Author of six books on sport and the football industry, he is currently a lecturer at several international universities.

He sits on the Board of Trustee of UEFA Foundation and on the Executive Board of the Advisory Foundation in Support for Football for the Goals.

Jennie Blackmore is the Head of Production at Sky Sports. In this role, she oversees the production of content for these sports, including overseeing large-scale live productions, managing teams, coordinating logistics and technology for broadcasts. Her career at Sky Sports began in July 2009 as a production manager, having previously worked on Premier League and England Football coverage at Setanta Sports. She also plays a key role in sustainable broadcasting initiatives, focusing on reducing the environmental impact of sports production, such as minimizing crew travel and optimizing power usage, in close collaboration with governing bodies.

Leonardo Manzo is the Head of Sustainability of the UIM E1 World Championship, the world’s first all-electric powerboat championship. In his role, he is responsible for the oversight of sustainable event operations and environmental footprint management strategy.

E1’s vision to combine technology and sport to create a platform that can promote and accelerate decarbonisation on the water drew Leonardo to the Championship. Leonardo joined E1 in November 2024 from Pan American Energy, a major energy company in Latin America, where he developed the company’s decarbonisation and transformation roadmap.

Previously, he worked at the International Renewable Energy Agency in Abu Dhabi, designing and executing programs to enhance IRENA’s engagement with youth and parliamentarians worldwide. Leonardo holds a degree in Political Science with minors in Economics and Legal Studies from New York University Abu Dhabi.

Currently serving her second term as Director of Communications, Marketing, and Olympic Values at the Brazilian Olympic Committee (COB), Manoela Penna established the organization’s Sustainability Department in 2020. She has worked as a consultant for the Association of National Olympic Committees and served as both consultant and representative in France for the Brazilian Paralympic Committee and the Saudi Arabian Olympic and Paralympic Committee for Paris 2024. Manoela is also a lecturer in the Executive Masters in Sports Organisations Management (MEMOS), a program endorsed by the International Olympic Committee (IOC). A former rowing athlete, she is a highly regarded professional in the field, with awards from the Cannes Lions Festival, SABRE Awards, Wave Festival, and Aberje Awards.

Dani Stern, Sr. Director – Product Management for Commercial Real Estate, Honeywell Building Technologies, leading the CRE vertical including the Sports and Entertainment sub-vertical globally. He oversees a team of engineers, product managers, quality assurance, cyber security experts, and UX researchers while driving strategic initiatives for world-class venues including professional sports stadiums, arenas, and entertainment facilities.

In addition to product leadership, Dani is responsible for global strategy within the Sports and Entertainment vertical, new product introductions, market expansions, and customer discovery with top-tier venues worldwide. He works closely with venue operators, facility managers, and technology leaders to develop AI-driven solutions that enhance fan experiences, optimize operations, and drive revenue growth.

Dani is passionate about a deep persona-led approach to solving customer pain points and working with key customers to understand business outcomes better while spending ‘time on the ground’ at customer facilities – from NFL stadiums to NBA arenas.

Dani is originally from Israel and holds an MBA from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School. Prior to Honeywell, he spent six years leading IOT products in the smart buildings world across commercial real estate, education, airports and high-traffic venues.

Florin Șari’s professional history includes, between 2001 and 2015, positions of program coordinator and financia manager in the German political foundations Konrad Adenauer and Friedrich Naumann, with an extensive experience in Romania, Moldova, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Georgia and the EU. Between 2015 and 2021 he was the Leader of the Local Organizing Structure of UEFA Euro 2020 in Romania, the most important sports event in Romanian history. A graduate of the Faculty of Journalism in Sibiu, he also holds a diploma in Leadership and Management in Football, the Certificate in Management in Football from the University of Lausanne and the Certificate of the Sustainability Compact Course of UEFA and Bocconi University of Milan, thus consolidating his skills in football management and sustainability in sport. He also followed a postgraduate course in International Relations at the Romanian Diplomatic Institute and obtained a Master of Science in Project Management from the Politehnica University of Bucharest.
